Review of IHOP

They offer "gluten-friendly" branded food. Our waitress made it clear that this doesn't necessarily mean gluten-free.

I risked it on the pancake combo with gluten-friendly pancakes and didn't have a reaction (I have celiac).

They clearly don't have a dedicated gf space, but it seems like they may be willing to accommodate those with allergies if it is made clear to them. That said, my waitresses' verbiage suggested a lack of confidence that they can properly provide gf food on a consistent basis.
