Hello, my gluten-free celiac friends today I went to IHOP and ordered the gluten-free waffle with the combo. The server was very nice and she made sure that they do have the gluten-free waffle. We went super early and everything was fresh. Delicious. It's been a couple hours. No reaction. The server was very nice. As soon as she gave me my food. She said that this was a gluten-free waffle. I just wished that they put gluten-free on the receipt just to make sure. Other than that it was great

Just opened Jan 2024 Great service They took very good care to make sure my food was gluten free and vegetarian. GF pancakes are delicious! Home fries, veggie sides, salmon, salads… Their menu is clearly marked for food allergies
Sever always asks me if it’s a preference or allergy. I’ve gone a few times and not gotten sick yet. When I asked why the omelets weren’t gluten free I learned they put pancake batter in them to make them fluffy and if I asked for straight egg with no batter I could get an omelette!
I used to love their gf waffles, but they discontinued them!!! Now, I just eat their gf pancakes- which are pretty good- ,but they’re not waffles ✋. I boycotted ihop for a while to be honest lol… I also have a dairy sensitivity, but they’ll still bring out my pancakes with the butter on top sometimes :/.
Great gluten friendly pancakes. The app rewards you with more pancakes. They do have soy however.
We ordered gluten-free pancakes with our celiac daughter's kid meal. Not sure what systems they have in place, but she didn't get sick from cross-contamination and she devoured her pancake! Service was great! Server even went back to kitchen to ensure they kitchen knew it needed to be gluten free.
