My daughter is allergic to wheat and the few times she has had their gluten free pancakes she has had no reaction. Staff was helpful, made sure everything was clean with no cross contamination. One IHOP's manager even went back and cooked it himself.

Pancakes, eggs, bacon. I am unsure of the sausage.
