The food was very good as was the wait staff. I went with my family and we had a good experience. I ended up getting the gluten free pancakes with sausage, eggs, and hash browns (all gluten free). About 6 hours later I started to get a migraine and horrible stomach pain. I was nauseous and was in the bathroom for several hours that night and the following morning and afternoon. I have gluten ataxia and those are my symptoms when I consume gluten. I think what happened (according to the waitress) was that the cooks did not speak English, so perhaps they were confused? Either way, I did get cross contaminated food, so I would not recommend eating here if you are gluten free for that reason.

IHOP offers gluten free pancakes that are pretty good. Several dishes available without crabs of gluten like omelettes.

I ordered the 2 gluten sensitive pancakes with no issues. The server seemed knowledgeable and said she would let the kitchen know it was an allergy. They tasted great! I’m always apprehensive when they look the same when brought out as I know there’s a lot going on in a restaurant but she repeated they were gluten free. Lots of the items are marked GF on the menu.

Las mejores tortitas sin gluten del mundo. Los camareros muy atentos, vino el cocinero a decirnos que limpian la plancha antes de cocinar las tortitas, un detalle que nos inspiró confianza.
