The staff was very un-knowledgeable about celiac disease. They advertise they have gluten free pancakes, waffles, and gluten free buns. They also advertise all of their eggs, bacon, and sausage is gluten free. But when we asked how it was cooked our waitress said EVERYTHING HERE IS COOKED ON THE SAME GRILL. RESTAURANTS SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS IF THEIR IS 100% RISK OF CROSS CONTAMINATION. If you have Celiac Disease or any kind of gluten allergy, do NOT go to ihop.
