They have GLUTEN FRIENDLY not gluten free. Ask for Walter (server) he did everything he could for me. Being an ultra sensitive, all I could get was hash browns and fruit but he went out of his way to help. My hero at breakfast.

They have gluten FRIENDLY, not gluten free. They told me that celiacs can eat the pancakes, so I did. I am so sick right now, they were definitely not gluten friendly.

We went this past Sunday. The chain got bad reviews about cross contamination so I was skeptical. I told the waitress the I have to have my food gluten free. I don’t tell people Celiac because I find most don’t understand. So I say Gluten Allergy and they respond positively. She spoke to the chef and he offered to clean the flat top and utensils and cook only my items on it. The food came out and I had no issues with the Pancakes, eggs and hash browns. So good job Dover IHOP!
