The staff and the chef were AMAZING. Waiter immediately asked if there were any allergies and within a few minutes the chef was out to tell me that I need not worry and that they would make sure my food was prepared in a clean and safe space. Salmon and asparagus were fantastic. Their homemade peach sorbet was phenomenal. I highly recommend this establishment!
III Forks was very good! They do have a dedicated menu which includes most of the regular menu items, steaks, seafood and such. I got the Chilean Seabass and my husband got the NY Strip and we shared. We also got the asparagus and sweet potato hash. All was very good. Pricey but good. Servers seemed knowledgeable.
Nothing is marked gluten free on the menu but most food is. I didn't ask for this but they had a manager come and talk to me to explain what they do to avoid cross contamination and they can also deal with peanut allergies, lactose intolerance, etc as needed. I felt fine after my meal.
The food was absolutely delicious, maybe the best steak I've ever had. But be advised that it's a fine steakhouse which means very pricey. There also isn't a big variety of food. Multiple cuts of steak, a handful of sides, a few soups and salads, a few other random things like burgers and fish. If you aren't in the mood for steak and aren't willing to shell out a minimum of $50 for one entree, you could still have a decent meal for a lot cheaper, elsewhere.
Attended a dinner here that was pre-planned and had involved conversations with the staff about gluten. Assurances were made, but after the meal (chicken, with a sauce) when I was violently ill it was quickly apparent those promises were not kept. The cocktails were good, but I won’t be back for food.
Not celiac safe.
Food was great… waiter told me that my food did not have gluten and then came back ten minutes later to tell me the food did indeed have gluten. Specifically flour as a thickening agent. Currently waiting to see how sick I get. Unfortunate, as it tasted so so good.
If I went again, I would definitely make sure to speak to a chef directly and/or have everything checked. I was also very disappointed because the restaurant/he didn’t even apologize, or try to do anything to make it right.
Not that me getting sick can be helped, but… usually the restaurant at least offers some kind of consolation.
