Love Ike's! Lots of GF sandwich options on a yummy Mariposa roll. Their staff always asks if I have an allergy to know whether to use a clean station to minimize cross contamination. My go-to sandwich shop.

When I say gluten free they ask, 'is it an allergy?' When I say yes I feel confident I'm safe. :-). Nice folks there. Live the tom Hanks with banana peppers. OMG!

I finally get the Ike's hype. They use mariposa rolls which are awesome. It does take extra time though as they have to clean a surface and change gloves. I try to go well after or just before the lunch crush so they aren't in rush mode.

They cleaned the surfaces and their gloves when I told them I had celiac. Super nice and very good gf bread as well!
