So good best sandwich I have a long long time! Celiac, and sensitive to cross contamination and I didn’t get get sick. Had separate area for food prep! Definitely recommend

I love Ike’s! They have the most delicious fresh-baked gluten free bread and their sandwiches are amazing every time. I have celiac and have eaten here many times and have never been contaminated. The employees are super knowledgeable and the menu is marked well. They will let you know if something in your sandwich is gluten free or not.

Delicious bread from Mariposa, and you can specify it’s for an allergy so that they’ll change gloves and utensils to lessen the risk of cross contamination. I eat here all the time without a problem and most of the sandwiches can be made GF!

Super cool they ask if it’s an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they confirmed they made it separately with clean gloves and utensils. Bread roll from Mariposa was super delicious!

Probably the best gf bread I’ve ever had!! Just specify you have an allergy.

Very safe for celiac! They have separate cutting boards, utensils , etc.. I’ve never gotten sick here and I love this place!

Great sandwichs take the allergy very seriously

They have an entirely separate area to make gluten fee sandwiches! Different utensils and condiments! Their sandwiches are wonderful. You just have to make sure to express that it's an allergy and they'll take good care of you!

Right off the bat they asked if I was was to sensitive to have the same cutting board for things. Luckily I'm not, but the fact that they asked implies that they're willing to comply for those more sensitive than myself. I'm not sure how well they do however. The best part is that they didn't even charge me extra for gluten free bread - and they had th3 good stuff, not just sliced Udi's like many places. I said not celiac friendly because of experiences others have had, not myself.

My low rating is based only on safety. Sandwiches are incredibly good; I really recommend this place if you're not as sensitive as I. But a few weeks ago, a poorly trained and enthusiastic cashier assured me I'd be safe and I wasn't.

The chain owner took the time to reply personally to my complaint; he seems to take health very seriously and says his staff are rigorously trained to be as safe as possible but to not promise that cross-contam is unlikely.

I wish they could train staff to prep even more safely. I'd eat here all the time if I could. Again, I highly recommend for those who don't have to worry about trace gluten.

Gluten-free bread is offered here, but cross-contamination is very high. It is definitely not for celiacs but may be an option for others. The gf bread is very good, though much smaller than the regular sandwiches. I love the Shrek and the Luther Burbank. A manager said they're looking to offer gf English muffins as well and have been doing taste tests to find the brand they like best.

This is the best sandwich shop ever! While offering gluten free options for celiac, they also offer regular food. Staff is nice and organized. Food takes a little too long to prepare. But delicious. Definitely recommend.

Catered to my celiac properly. went and washed her hands and changed her gloves. Got the Matt Cain extra dirty with a rice crispy treat. With no reaction! Bread fell apart but that’s to be expected. Lots of options to choose from!

I’ve eaten here a couple times now without issues. I’m impressed that online ordering via their website clearly shows gluten free both allergy and preference designations. The chicken Caesar sandwich was okay, the Paul Reuben blew me away.
