This is a local chicken place. The only gluten is in the bread, which they keep in a bag and pre-fill plastic bread bowls. Just ask for no bread. Everything else is gluten free. My 2 Celiac kids have their chicken, steak, lamb, pork, soups and fries almost every week.

The service is great and the food is excellent. We always get a whole chicken to go as well.

Never been glutened there in 5 years.
