They just added a gf crust. Wife said it was really good, she missed having imos. I watched the staff use a fresh cutter and put the pizza on a pan so it didn't touch the contaminated oven racks.

I so love Imo's pizza and always order one when I am in town, but this visit was a disaster. We had called ahead to make sure they could do gluten free. Upon arrival, they reassured us again, offered to change gloves , and use a clean cutter. Our regular pizza and sandwich had come out about five minutes before the gluten free one. The server brought the gluten free pizza out in a to-go box. She set it down and again reassured us that it was gluten free. My son ate his first piece and all of a sudden the server rushes back and grabs the box out from under him. She said they made a mistake and took the pizza back. No apologies, no explanations, she just took it away. A few minutes later, another server brought a pizza out. While he was setting it in from of my son, it slid off the tray and into a pile on the table. We scooped it back up and I asked him if it this one was gluten free. He said he didn't know and would go check. We never saw him again. I tasted the crust and determined it was gluten free. We let my son eat the pieces that had not touched the table. This whole time no one came out and checked on us, apologized, or offered to comp our meal. As we were getting up to leave, the second serve did came back out and handed us a new pizza in a to-go box, which was very nice, but a little too late. Unfortunately, this experience ruined my Imo's craving.

The gluten free crust is one of the best I've ever had- it's actually crispy!!
They have the best gf pizza crust! They bake it twice so it's nice and crispy. Love it! Never had an issue with cross-contamination.
Yes
Imos does infact have a gluten free crust!! It's made from cauliflower and it's really good. I don't have Celiac Disease so I'm not sure how good they are with cross contamination but I did not break out after eating. So I would say if you have a Gluten Allergy you should definitely try it!!

Welp, based off the other two reviews I took the gamble. Went asked and they said it is gluten friendly not gluten free, they continued to explain that the crust is gluten free, but goes in the oven with the other pizzas and that's the only area with cross contamination, the used separate utensils to cut it. The worker said there have been several customers with Celiac as well that have come in multiple times. So I went for it and 48 hours later no symptoms. Pizza was good. Not much else gluten free besides salads. If you're craving Imo's this seems to be the location to go to.

My kiddo has ordered the gluten free pizza here multiple times and hasn’t gotten sick. The manager actually recognizes us now 🤣👍 and always assures us that they are using separate cutting utensils and being careful about cross contamination. Obviously not a gluten free restaurant, but they seem knowledgeable and we have had several successful trips there 👍

They have a GF pizza. I was hesitant as they don’t have separate ovens but the pizza was very good and I didn’t get sick.
