The pizza dough is made entirely of rice flour - the owner said very emphatically that they never use wheat. There’s a good selection of Korean-style pizzas and American-style pizzas, and it was *delicious.* The dough was the best gluten-free I’ve tasted, and you can get the crust in pull-apart rolls or stuffed with cheese or sweet potato. If you don’t speak Korean, there’s a bit of a language barrier, but everything is safe to eat and they were very friendly. 100% worth it, and we’ll be going back to try the sweet potato pizza!
