The fries are the only fried item. They offer lettuce wraps if you order protein style. I had the hamburger so it’s dairy free.
Traveling away from home can sometimes be difficult to get gf food. Thankfully in a pinch I can get a burger here done “protein style” means no bun, wrapped in lettuce, and fries since only thing they fry is fries their gf too! Tell them allergy and to be sone gf and they’ll cook your burger in an allergy gf free pan

Remember to tell the person who takes your order that they need to add a gluten allergy to every item that you order. The only thing with gluten here is the buns. They just need to keep your food separate. Order fries, they’re gf!
let the cashier know it was a gluten allergy and they put the burger in a separate tray from the other burgers!

Truly gluten free without cross contamination
Amazing!! I have always loved In-N-Out, and have heard good things about their gluten free care. I was super happy to get protein style, and they were very responsive to my telling them I have an allergy. It was so enjoyable and yummy, and great for my tummy! No reaction or bloating! Fries are separate from everything else.
This place was great! I was very skeptical that a fast food place would be considerate of Celiac guests but saw some good reviews of the chain so decided to try it. I got a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. The only real concern here is the bun. Fries and burger patties are GF. If you say you have an allergy they’ll note it on the register and then ensure grill is cleaned and staff use fresh spatula and gloves. And I didn’t get sick! Would definitely eat here again.

I have eaten here many times. I get a burger “protein style” and alert the staff of a “gluten allergy”. They make a special note to prepare the burger separately from the regular line and keep it safe from gluten. Fries are always GF—no gluten goes in their fryers.
