We come here when it’s not too busy, they can do lettuce wrapped burgers (protein style), and the fries are in a dedicated frier.

Ask for an allergy order (on the fries too!) for them to change gloves and prepare the food in a separate station. We always get no spread then ask for a packet of spread to be extra safe

They have always been friendly, helpful and very careful with our food

They may be a chain, but they do gluten free very well (more risk during busy hours)

Ordered burgers protein-style (ie, lettuce wrapped), milkshakes and fries (in a dedicated GF fryer)for the whole family. They prepared them in a separate, specially cleaned section of the kitchen, which took a bit longer but, hey, I'm not complaining. The cashier who took our order was very knowledgeable about cross contamination issues (though whether this is company training or the fact that his sister was celiac I'm not sure.)

Either way, the good was great, and no reaction from any of it. Great place to stop at on your way through town.

Went at a super busy time (always dangerous) but didn’t get glutened. Allergy was printed on my receipt. Fries are in a dedicated fryer and were delicious. Not super good for dairy-free - I usually just deal with it and eat the cheese anyway, but I’m guessing you could ask them to hold it too.

Ordered protein-style double-double, fries, and a drink. Cashier marked order as having a gluten allergy. I different employee explained they made the food with different utensils on a clean tray. I feel pretty comfortable with the precautions taken.

Good, safe, affordable food with excellent customer service. If you order gluten for anyone else in your family, just make sure they know yours must be separate from the others. Or better, order separately.

Just like any fast food restaurant you need to take precautions and eat at your own risk. They do their best to accommodate and can make a lettuce wrapped burger. The food is so tasty and everyone is so nice. Not sure about Celiac safety btw

Wheat Allergy

I was getting 3 meals for a sit down lunch, only one with allergies. I ordered mine last, told them I have allergies to wheat, egg, and dairy, then ordered my double protein style with nothing but meat and lettuce (can't stand onions), and fries. The allergies were listed on the receipt, and the cashier yelled out, "Allergy order, coming back!" The other two, with their wheat buns, were on a tray. Mine was on a separate tray, fries included. I wasn't watching closely to see what all safety measures they took, but gloves were changed before they handled my food. I had no issues with bringing in my vegan cheese and my own ketchup (I don't trust people to not put it directly on a bun), and had absolutely NO allergic reaction. I go into anaphylaxis within 10 minutes of cross contamination, so it would be VERY obvious. Overall, very happy that I have a restaurant I can go to when out and about in Mesa.
