In-N-Out Burger

Ordered burgers “protein style” and verified it wouldn’t touch gluten, along with verifying that the fryer doesn’t come into contact with any gluten. The young gal taking my order was cheerful and answered confidently that it would be safe to eat. My son (gluten intolerant) and I (celiac) both ate our burgers and fries and didn’t have any reaction. Yay In-N-Out!

This was my first time advocating for myself and asking for my order to be celiac safe. The lady behind the counter was amazing! She labeled my order with "allergy" and they made sure not to cross contaminate. They even handed it to me in a separate bag from the rest of the order and was sure to let me know that it was safe. I have Celiac and In N Out is always a safe bet.The only ingredient that contains gluten is the buns, and they handle these in a dedicated area. When you order, make sure to tell them you have a gluten allergy and they'll mark your order with an allergy label, then they'll keep it away from gluten including using fresh gloves and everything.

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
