I've gone here several times and they always ensure I have a solid GF experience. You must communicate you have a severe allergy and they will change gloves, cutting boards and clear a small area to grill your burger. I even had a staff member let me know that the animal style onions can be a possible source of cross contamination and warned of the potential to get sick. No other INO employee has ever mentioned that until recently and I am forever grateful to him. Now, I order my double double protein style with gluten allergy, without animal style and I have had a great relationship between my belly and their burgers. Always communicate your allergy and ensure it is marked as an allergy and not a preference so they can take the necessary precautions.

Be careful ordering here. I have witnessed them use the same knife to spread ‘spread’ on buns and then on my gluten allergy marked animal fries. My go to order here is Flying Dutchman and a fry, with spread packets on the side and haven’t been sick ordering this way.

I ordered a protein style burger and Flying Dutchman (cheeseburger patties only) and fries with a “gluten allergy”. I’m a very sensitive celiac and I’m happy to say, the food was great and I didn’t get sick!

Symptomatic Celiac

Three of six of my family are celiac. It was late night after a game, and we really needed food. I had four patties with cheese and the other two had lettuce wrapped. I am highly sensitive as are my kids. I am aware of cross contamination, none of us reacted. Staff wasn’t really knowledgeable, but we were just clear on what we needed to

I made sure they knew I was celiac and could not have gluten. The place was very busy and I was worried. I ordered protein style and fries and had no reaction
