Never been to a fast food place that offered no-bun options! God a lettuce wrap and fries, and it was amazing! Only complaint was how busy it was, but that’s a good sign in a restaurant.

All French fries are gluten free fried in sunflower oil. They label your “burger” as gluten allergy and it is served in a lettuce wrap!!!! Delicious meal!

I’ve had a great experience at this location every time! I get the double double protein style and always indicate that i have a gluten allergy. I have never had any issues and I have tried their shakes, fries, and burgers.

Great experience here—had a Frying Dutchman (2 patties and 2 cheese slices), a neapolitan shake, and fries. Fries are just as weird as they always were back in California, but the burger and shake were delicious. They seemed thorough and allergy safe—no reaction.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an In-N-Out. They made me feel very safe and when I said “gluten allergy” the cashier Daniel said, “gluten allergy heard” and notified the rest of the staff. I’m very sensitive and didn’t get sick.

I thought I’d try this location since it’s closer to my house than Interquest. I ordered a double-double protein style with a gluten allergy and well-done fries (they’re crispy!) Unfortunately, I had a reaction. Not a full blown, but headache, upset stomach, and sent me to the bathroom. I’ll be eating at the Interquest location from now on.

No gluten free bun, but was able to order my burger veggie-style in a lettuce wrap. Some people hate the fries, but I didn’t mind them. Just eat them while they’re hot / fresh. Overall, I had no issues and the food was delicious.

Tell them you have a gluten allergy/celiac. They have lettuce wraps but not buns. They don’t overdue it with the lettuce. It’s a good wrap.

We eat here about once a month. I have had a couple mild reactions in the past 1.5 years. The grilled onions are questionable. I used to get them (maybe that’s why the reactions), but now they say the grilled onions are cooked with the buns.

The fries are in a dedicated frier. My wife loves animal fries (sauce, cheese, and grilled onions on top). The shakes are also gluten free.

I find the burgers are a bit small. I don’t eat cheese much anymore so I usually get a 3x0 with extra tomato. That’s 3 patties, no cheese. I like to put extra sauce from a packet on it too.

Symptomatic Celiac
yesterday

My daughter and I are both reactive and sensitive celiac. She got In-N-Out at least times a week in college (she was a student athlete so she didn’t gain unhealthy weight). I didn’t really like the place until she started making me go there. Anytime she was away from a place that had In-N-Out was her first stop when she reached civilization. We both do protein style burger and fries. These are not my favorite style of fries and need to be eaten straight away, but it’s so rare to find a place with a dedicated frier that I savored them. They knew they are a celiac favorite so they are very helpful. Small menu helps. I picked this location because it was a place we went after her club soccer practice in high school, but she (and me too) has been to many in different areas and never ever had a problem.

***NOT celiac safe *** they cook the hamburger patties on the grill, then add the bun on top of the patty, while it's on the grill!!! Cross contamination is awful there.

I told them I had a Gluten Allergy and that I wanted my order in a separate tray than the rest of my family. The guy marked it as a Gluten Allergy and he was familiar with my protein style cheeseburger order. It came nicely wrapped in lettuce and paper and fries separately on one tray. I felt safe eating here.

They mark down allergy if you say it. Fries are the only thing fried so they’re gluten free

I got a double double protein style (lettuce wrap) with fries. The staff was knowledgeable about my allergy and answered all of my questions! The fries came out marked gf. Obviously a lot of chances for cross contamination, so take that into consideration.
