Delicious Peruvian rotisserie chicken. I spoke with the manager in Spanish. She assured me there’s no wheat, beer, soy sauce, or barley ingredients in the marinade. Yuca and fries are fried in oil that rarely sees any wheat batter (only one item on menu that is rarely ordered). Also had white rice and black beans. Probably not safe for celiacs, although there are few gluten containing foods in Peruvian cuisine.
