I don't know their procedures for handling cross contamination. The staff at the check in counter, where I placed my to go order, were rude and dismissive, and never even came back with a gluten-free menu, like she said she would. I finally just ordered off the regular menu, which did specify if items were gluten-free or not (most things were). The food was pretty good, and I didn't get sick. My friend (gluten eater), said the naan was awful, with a weird processed taste. The spice level was accurate for both my 8 out of 10, and my friend's 5 out of 10.
