They have a great menu for celiac and maybe it deserves more stars but the server just wasn't knowledgeable. I asked for a manager to clarify some questions but he wasn't that receptive. They do have a separate area for gf preparation and a dedicated gf fryer. Food over-all just ok I wanted to like it!
Staff not very knowledgeable was assured my burger was GF even asked 3 people but all were incorrect and I got sick
I'm here on a business trip and I looked up restaurants with gluten free options in advance, and the Colts Grille came up. I wandered in, sat at the bar, and ordered a Captain & diet--to my dismay, they were out of Captain, which seems a little silly for a bar.
They have a gluten free menu, which I appreciate, and the reviews online all said there was a dedicated fryer and gluten free buns, so I got a cheese-stuffed burger with fries. I had no reaction, so it seems like they know what they're doing in the GF area.
The service/bartender was medicore--my drinks were completely finished for a few minutes before I had to ask her for another one--I expected her to be a little more on the ball in that way.
The food was pretty good--the burger was more of a round ball of meat than a flat patty of mean, which probably explains why medium well was really quite pink. I had to sort of cut out the middle of the burger because I don't like my beef that pink. Maybe order it more done than you normally would. The fries were amazing, but I might be biased in that I normally don't eat fries at a restaurant because they don't have a dedicated fryer. These were crispy and thick, but cooked well and not too potato-y, like some restaurant fries can be. The bun was surprisingly good at first, it even had sesame seeds on it, and had the food runner not said "gluten free" when he set it down in front of me, I would have worried it was a regular gluten-filled bun. But after eating about a quarter of the burger, it started to kind of fall apart on me, so I knew it was indeed gluten free. It was pretty tasty though, and the texture was quite "normal," or at least, what I remember normal being.
I'd go back, but I'd order my burger well done, and I'd hope they had some Captain.
Gluten free menu available. Dedicated cooking area and fryer. Staff knowledgeable. I had the burger which was cooked just right. The bun was delicious. It was hard to believe it was gluten free, but It was. Great place to eat.
Awesome!!! They have a gluten free menu. The server was well versed in their gluten free procedures. The kitchen has a separate gluten free prep area and a dedicated fryer. I had a burger with a bun...that didn't taste like a gluten free bun (double checked it was gf). The sweet potato fries were yummy too. I'm stuffed and so happy! Give it a try if you're nearby!!

Dedicated fryer! Sat in the bar. Karissa and Janelle were super sweet. They both waited on us. Karissa went to make sure they had gluten free fryers. Substituted specific alcohol for me that I knew was gf in their drinks. Amazing service. Very impressed. Best gf bun I've ever had too!!!

Great staff! Fresh locally made hamburger bun!

I've been here numerous times and the servers were so knowledgable. Great menu and very accommodating!
I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a gluten free menu, and that they made the food in a separate area using separate equipment.
The food itself was good. The salsa used for the chips was surprisingly spicy and had a nice kick to them. The super stuffed cheese burger was pretty good, especially the bun. For a gluten free bun, it was definitely one of the most flavorful that I've had in a while, and it wasn't Udi's.
Has a gluten free menu and dedicated round plates. Fortunately, I ensured my burger was the gluten free version before eating, it was not. I believe it was more server error rather than restaurant error.
