Food was delicious for being pre-prepared. Great vegan options. Only downside is the use of Pam oil spray, other great ingredients are great so I would think they'd use something healthier.

everything comes in a mason jar...but everything I 've had so far is hearty and tasty. gluten free pancakes are delicious.
