My “Go To” restaurant in Connecticut!! The food is fresh and so flavorful, it is a treat for the tastebuds. Most importantly though, I am high sensitive Celiac and have been eating here for about a year without a reaction. There are plenty glutens around, so the dreaded cross contamination is a possibility, but they must really be careful in the kitchen. Definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff. Lunch buffet is amazing. Best chicken tikka masala I’ve ever had. I stay away from the fried items because I don’t think they have a separate fryer but the gluten free items are clearly labeled and a lot to choose from.

After so many great reviews I was sure I would have a safe experience here. I explained beforehand I had celiac and asked about cross contamination they assured me they would take care of everything. I had a reaction to the food later that night despite so many reviews about it being gluten free. Not only that but the food itself wasn’t amazing and took an extremely long time to come out, especially since there were only four tables full.

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. Our celiac 6 year old was able to try so many new things. Everything on the buffet is clearly labeled. So many choices. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend IndiGo enough. Their lunch buffet is outstanding, each Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegetarian dish clearly labeled. Dinner options can be ordered mild, medium, or spicy. We eat here all the time and our two Celiacs have never had reactions to the food.

Indigo is the best restaurant for gluten free dining. Their menu is 90% gluten free and it clearly label on their menu. And they even have gluten free Indian bread. The manager is very friendly to guide you through their menu.

Most items are GF. Talk to the manager about your level of sensitivity and he can tell you what has no gluten ingredients vs. what is Celiac-friendly. (Some fried items may be Celiac-friendly one day, but not the next.) Buffet items are generally marked, but again, double check with the manager about the day's prep of all items to be sure. One time at the buffet, the dessert was not GF and without prompting, the manager brought me a GF dessert from the back!

I am so thrilled when I look at this restaurant menu. I have Celiac Sprue so I have been truly gluten free for over a decade, also I have problems with dairy products. It's really very hard to dine out if the restaurant didn't specified in terms of ingredients. At Indigo, their menu clearly labeled the gluten free and dairy items. This is really awesome and the best part is the food taste excellent too.

We'd heard good things about Indigo, and finally decided to try it for ourselves, and wow!! That is some seriously good food! My family is Gluten free, and most of the food on the menu is Gluten free. The manager is very helpful in letting us know which dish is Gluten free. Even the daily buffet is almost completely gluten free. Top notch!

My friend told me about this place all the time and last week finally went there for lunch. They serve lunch buffet at lunch hour also have the lunch box to-go. I was a little hesitated at first because most of the restaurants which served buffet was not so Celiac Friendly. But NOT Indigo!!!! Their dishes are all well labelled with the name of the dish, description, gluten free, dairy or have nuts. I was so surprise. I am really pleased of how they care about the people who need to be careful on gluten. And they really care. Thanks so much. I will be back to try the dinner soon.

This place got a lot gluten free options. Lunch buffet is very gluten free friendly. They labelled each items with gluten free, dairy, nuts...... I've tried their weekend buffet, all the items from the buffet stations were very fresh and tasty. Even I am on certain diet, I still got the chance to try almost all the dishes. And the staff are very friendly as well. I'll definitely go back to try their dinner menu.
