This place has remarketed and menu has GF clearly marked. Got Fajitas with brisket which was delicious and simple. Chips share a fryer so couldn’t have those but lots of options on the menu. Will be back to try other options.

Things have changed here...menu no longer notates allergy options & many things that were gluten free are no longer on the menu. Fries were safe previously, but no longer. RIP-GF Mac & cheese. So sad!!

Industry no longer has an allergen menu and many of the staff seem very confused when asked about allergen information. I don’t know if they’re under new management or what, but it’s disappointment since this was previously a very safe place for sensitive Celiacs to eat at.

Usually this place is fine. I told the waitress I was gluten free and she understood. The food runner brought my food out and it looked like it had breadcrumbs on it. He assured me it wasn’t. I ate part of it when the server came running over and told me it was panko. At least she owned up to it and had new food made for me but it was too late and I was miserable later. I’m disappointed.

Nice place and good food. Two problems. 1st fries are shown gf on menu but no dedicated fryer. 2nd I ordered the ribs without sauce to be gf but they arrived with sauce and had to be redone. On the plus side they comped the ribs and they were excellent.

Awesome for gf. Our new go to place for gf allergies. Industry makes everything from scratch, the staff is knowledgeable, and they can pretty much make anything with substitutions beyond the gf menu. The hostess is also gf, and gave us great suggestions for additional gf options. Theme and decor is well done. Really nice environment, great dining experience. Quality food, great tasting, good quantity. Well done. Highly recommend.
