The staff here is always kind, friendly, and neat. I love their gluten free pizza crust and they are always careful using different gloves and such. As an added bonus they composite and recycle! The breakfast pizzas and dessert pizzas make this place a family favorite. They have all the traditional pizza topping and then much more. My favorite is GF white sauce with broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, grilled chicken, and feta cheese.
If there were 10 stars... I would give the pizza 10 stars and try to figure out how to sneak in an extra 20 for the staff. They know my son by name. They know he is GF. They also know that too much dairy is a bad thing for him. They also give him high fives and call out his name when he steps through the doors. Ok, he has special needs and is hard to forget. But they take care of him like no other place has. We have a weekly appointment that takes us to Boulder. While there are several dining options on our way back to Broomfield, iPie gets 80-90% of our business. Or more! His pizza doesn't even make it home. He downs it in the car! Because the pizzas are all personal, everybody goes home happy.
They offer a gluten-free crust (and their pizzas are just awesome). They aren't a gluten-free facility, but they seem to do a much better job than, say, Dominoes, in terms of being gluten aware. My partner gets hit a little bit pretty much every time she orders GF from Dominoes, but we've had really good luck here by comparison.I don't think I'd chance it if I were Celiac, but that aside, it's a pretty reasonable option.
