Ate here on Sat for game day as it's close to campus. The young lady taking my order has a relative with celiac so very understanding. The fries are safe and I had a yardbird (grilled chicken & bacon) sandwich on GF bun. She put in special note to change utensils, etc. Many GF options, salads and sandwiches. The food was real food & delicious. Will definitely be eating here again. 5 stars!!!

They offer GF Udi's bread & hamburger buns. The menu is marked GF next to the items you can have & is very helpful. I had the Yardbird Sandwich with a spicy rooster mayo & it was yummy.

Ingredient has a lot of options for gluten free and even uses a dedicated frier for their fries. They changed the menu about a year ago and the food is now more expensive and not as good, but it has never made me sick, so I keep going. Even if something is labelled gluten free on the menu, be sure to ask questions. They have wings on the menu labelled GF, but when I asked if they were made in a dedicated frier, they were not.

My wife is a celiac and I am a vegetarian so it is sometimes hard to meet both our needs. This was a great lunch stop

They are very familiar with celiac disease. They change gloves, clean the grill, and have a designated fryer for the fries. There are many different gluten free options on the menu. I love going here!

They just made a new menu and the gluten free options are great! Amazing fries and sweet potato fries in a dedicated fryer. They out sandwiches on toasted udis bread, and just started putting the burgers on thick gluten free buns. So good! I eat here every week and have never been glutened.

I went there last night and had a burger. They only fry the fries in the first fryer so it is dedicated, however they did put on some sort of seasoning which I didn't know about and I'm not sure if its gf. There are some errors on their menu. One of the starters is a chili fondue with soft pretzels. The pretzels are not gf even though it is labeled so. Also they labeled a teriyaki bowl gluten free even though teriyaki includes soy sauce and is also not gf. I had a "make your own burger" While it says gluten free bun, its really on Udi bread. They did clean the grill to toast the bread and when I asked, got the garlic aioli from a fresh container in the back. I did get a bit of a stomachache, but I'm not entirely sure I was glutened. I'd recommend as long as you're vigilant. The burger and fries were really good.

They DO NOT have gluten free pizza anymore, but they will make any burger bunless. Their fries were very good and they also had gluten free breadsticks to go with salads. I would definitely recommend going there. Very good food just don't be expecting gluten free specialties

Delicious! Always amazing fresh ingredients, design your own salad thing with endless choices. FRIES & SWEET POTATO FRIES ARE BOTH GF!!!! They didn't fry anything else in their friers when I went. (always ask though!) Also, they give you a GF breadstick instead of wheat roll if you ask! Ingredient is my go to!

You have to be careful when you order gluten free food here. It depended how sensitive you are to gluten or it is only for a diet in fashion. The restaurant can't promise complete gluten free since they use the same grill for bums to grill burgers, and use the same fryer for fishes to fry potato fries and sweet potato fries. The food is good here but the issue if it is gluten free can be argued.

though the menu is somewhat anemic, other than salads, the gluten-free pizza is really awesome.
