Insomnia Cookies

They have a gluten free - vegan chocolate chip cookie that is made with soy not almond flour. It was warm and delicious. I am extremely sensitive and I did not get sick from the cookie. It made me extremely happy!!! Great late night find. They had 4 vegan options but only 1 that was vegan and gluten free, but it was so delicious 1 option was enough for me.

Very nice people but when visiting today, I was told that their stores no longer offer gluten free cookies.

I always loved insomnia cookies before I developed my allergies. One night I accompanied a friend who wanted to go when I overheard a man ordering "gluten free" I thought for sure I had to have misheard. I walked to the counter and they have cooked that not only are GF but vegan! The woman told me they use a separate tray and spatula for the cookies. As someone who has to avoid gluten and dairy good deserts are hard to come by. People let me tell y'all these cookies were so good I thought I was gonna be sick for sure! They are AMAZING. So far only chocolate chip but they are amazing! The store makes sure to disclaim they are a bakery and so cross contamination is possible, in my experience I have not gotten sick, but definitely understand despite my STRONG recommendation this place is a bakery that also uses wheat flour so always air on the side of caution!
