Contrary to the other review, unfortunately none of the menus are marked for GF. We were told by the manager that couscous was safe for me (and I then politely told him it is made of wheat, so it is not safe). I asked a lot of questions and was told the kitchen staff is trained for allergies and there is a separate prep area. We chose to order poke bowls from Cafe Urbano and asked the waiter to mark our order as GF. I speak Spanish and explained this all emphatically in Spanish. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. I was about 3 bites into my dinner when I discovered the rice noodles had been saturated in soy sauce. Suddenly no one could tell me what was in my food. To their credit they called the manager and had him speak with the chef, but she had conveniently thrown out my plate before he got there. The manager was very kind and apologetic. Fortunately for me I spit out the food immediately and drank a ton of water and took enzymes, so I suffered no effects, but I would not trust the staff (although attentive and well-intended) here if you are Celiac.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
All of the restaurants on property have a GF menu, and modifications can be made on many of the other dishes. While not on the GF menu, many of the tacos served with corn tortillas are GF... I ate plenty of them and felt fine. Beware of the bar nuts. They're coated in flour and d deep fried. Almost made that mistake.
