Our hotel concierge suggested this when we asked for a gluten free restaurant. Wow! As a celiac who is sooo cautious, I was happy to enjoy many of these dishes with the non gluten free guests in my party who all equally loved each one. We had the cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, creamed corn and the Branzino fish. They were each individually flavorful but I'm giving two thumbs up for the Brussels sprouts!! Every dish was delicious and enjoyed by the non celiacs in my group. (They also had ribs which they loved as well). It was nice to feel safe and well fed. The manager came out and chatted with us. From start to finish, it was somewhere I not only loved but wished had a franchise closer to where we lived.
