Great food options, regularly go there for lunch without issues. All bowls are gluten free and can be customized.

Yes

I had a delicious vegan bowl, but they also have chicken and salmon. Many menu items are clearly marked GF and staff are helpful. I love this place and recommend it highly. I will always eat there when I go to the Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
