The only things that are gf are the brisket, turkey, and corn on the cob. All the sauces contain gluten.

So confused! The previous reviews sounded good….After calling first (always a good idea)spoke with the owner who said a few meats and the only side- corn on the cob- are gluten free. He said seasoning for beans and other sides contain gluten and sauce is not gf either.

Good barbecue and green beans. Had the brisket and really felt it was better without the barbecue sauce. I have Celiac disease and did not get sick after eating here.

Few uses of gluten here, but not none. And focus is traditional BBQ.

Most items are OK, and the food I tried was just classic recipes done really well. Sauce was more complex than I expected too.

Everything except Mac n cheese and bread are gluten free according to their sign on the menu. I got the chicken with corn on the Cobb and green beans. It was delicious. I asked the server to change gloves because I had an allergy. He was more than willing to oblige. Very good bbq.m.

What a find just across the street from the convention center. I had beef brisket, cole slaw, and green beans. A sign said that everything on their menu is gluten free except the bread and the macaroni & cheese. I didn't try the sauce... didn't feel like it needed any. Absolutely delicious!
