Super knowledgeable and I felt safe eating here! Ordered the huevos rancheros for brunch but also have stopped in for dinner a few time. Bit on the pricier end

This place is incredible! They were knowledgeable and accommodating. So much of the menu was gluten free or could be made gluten free. I was bummed there was no gf bun for the burger (not sure if that’s always or if they were out), but I ended up getting the mushroom risotto and it was incredible. I still think about it, 6 months later!! It’s a super cool and popular place, so it was also a hit with non gluten free people!

I researched celiac friendly restaurants in Cary, NC because I was headed there for a weekend. I ordered from this place twice. The food was great each time; I did not have any reactions. I felt safe eating there because they explained the precautions they take in preparing meals. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely terrific. The server was very accommodating and assured me they were GF pros. I had the fish and chips, it was phenomenal. The gluten eaters in my party were very happy with the food, too.

Amazing food! The server asked if I had any allergies. I said that I have Celiac Disease, she let the kitchen know and assured me that no cross contamination would occur. The drinks were also great! I had the shrimp and grits!

This place is amazing! They mark everything that's gluten free and the server had Celiac Disease so she was able to answer all my questions. She mentioned that the fryer is only used for gluten free fried foods so I got the chicken and waffles at Brunch. I also heard every server ask each table if there were any allergies to be aware of. It was amazing! I'm definitely coming back.

Great little cafe with celiac safe options! Brunch was delicious, our waitress was amazing and the vibe was just lovely. I had the shrimp and grits and he had the brisket omelette (both GF) and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned, flavorful and fresh. Surprisingly it was not packed around noon on a Saturday for brunch!
Update: you can now order from Irregardless on Door Dash with an option to mark as gluten allergy! The GF dinner entrees are sooo good. Don’t sleep on Irregardless!

Amazing!! So accommodating for celiac disease. I am a severe celiac and I was in amazing hands. It was so fun to be able to eat with friends and choose almost all items on the menu. They have separate fryers!

This place has a cute vibe. I've been here for both the brunch and the dinner vibe. Both were very busy but the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, took their time, and did not make us feel rushed. They are great with vegan and gluten-free options and taking precautions against cross-contamination. You can even get fried gluten-free items. During my last visit, we got the fried Okra which was delicious. The rest of my party loved their entrees, however was disappointed in mine. I got the half pumpkin and it was surprisingly void of flavor. You never know when you try something new. I will return, but be more selective on my branching out next time.

My family loved this restaurant so much we went for dinner and then again for breakfast the next morning. Lots of gf options marked clearly. Staff asks if there are allergies at the table first thing and they take special precautions in the kitchen. I had the gf/vegan orange tofu entree at dinner which was outstanding. The breakfast menu was even more impressive; they offered gf Belgian waffles, omelettes, huevos rancheros, and many other options. I tried my kids’ gf Belgian waffles which were amazing and ordered the huevos rancheros… soooo good. Will definitely come again next time we are in town!

I had the pumpkin waffle which is vegan and gluten free and it was soooo good! We ordered a pick up brunch and after telling them it was an allergy not just preference, they assured us that they are very cautious and take these things seriously. In addition to that, the receipt had an *allergy* marking which made me feel even better. Will totally eat here again! Service 10/10!

Had such a great experience here! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and understood cc. Ordered the fries, onion rings, AND paella and it was all delicious. The menu has a lot of variety with vegan and vegetarian options.

Best GF food ever, including vegan options.

Staff was knowledgeable. Large selection of GF food, appetizers, and even desserts. Also Dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Waitress went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of.
Yes
Staff was very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know, they asked the kitchen. Food was very good with gluten free and vegan clearly marked. Dairy free was also available but you have to ask. I had seafood paella and gluten free/vegan salt and vinegar fries. Their mixed drinks were also good if you can have them. They also have wine and I saw some at least one gluten free beer. They also had a limited gluten free desert section. I would visit this restaurant again.
So I actually used to work here, so I watched how they prepped their gluten free dishes. They were very careful about cross contamination, and everyone in the kitchen was very knowledgeable. I loved being able to eat food at a place I worked. They have these amazing salt and vinegar fries that are, yes, in a dedicated fryer. Even their homefries for brunch are safe! I get the shrimp and grits if I am there for dinner. The corn muffins are awesome too. And the lady who makes the desserts is AMAZING. I used to talk to her each week about which new amazing gluten free desserts she was going to make. For brunch, I get the Florentine omelet! I love eating at this place. I’ve never gotten sick and the foods really good.
Yes
This was a great lunch - my daughter was so excited to have her first Belgian waffle (not an option we have had yet thanks to their gf only waffle maker). And they also had other great GF & vegan options - we had the potato scramble (spicy & delicious) and chilaquiles (not called that but similar) with tofu. They also had a gf cornbread to replace the normal baked goods they bring out. Our server was really nice and accommodating, helping me feel confident my daughter would be safe with celiac here. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
Yes
So good! Lots of choices, knowledgeable staff. I’m very sensitive and didn’t get sick.

The staff was very knowledgeable. The menu has gluten free waffles, gluten free home fries and most menu items can be made gluten free. We were happy with the variety of options.

Yes
I’ve eaten here quite a few times, it’s not quite as well run as it was in the past. I’ve most recently had the Chile Relleno, it was great, the food is always great. The servers are usually more knowable than me, not this time. They said they now had GF bread to snack on, but never brought itYou’ll need reservation, go early, if you go later and one of the owners friends come in they’ll seat his friends first. It’s expensive be forewarned - we keep going there once a year out of tradition.
Yes
Very knowledgeable and GF options are clearly labelled. Staff knows the routine and are happy to answer questions. It's rare to find such a "local" establishment that caters to food allergies but they do a great job. Worth a visit if you're in Raleigh.
