Review of Island Fin Poke Co

Almost all of their offerings are gluten free, including their sauces! As of Jan 8, 2022 the owner says only the crispy onions and the wonton strips are gluten containing.

Update: I ate here regularly (admittedly multiple times a week sometimes) for most of the first half of 2022 as there are so few GF safe options around PTC. Happy to report a recent biopsy showed the damage had completely healed after my 2020 dx and GF diet change, which just confirms what I already knew — Island Fin is definitely celiac safe! I share this bc sometimes I’d wonder, is something this tasty really GF?! 😂
