Açaí bowls are SO good! They offer gluten free granola, although I wouldn’t recommend açaí bowls for Celiacs or anyone that can’t have cross contamination. My boyfriend is celiac and was able to have the smoothies without problem though since they are prepared without any gluten ingredients. They changed their gloves and were knowledgeable.

Ordered the veggie bagel which was incredibly delicious! Entree comes w a side salad (you can upgrade to other sides) that also was wonderful, simple but satisfying. Only gf change needed for dish was substituting w a gf bagel. Bagel was almost a normal size, very soft and did not fall apart. Not sure of the brand. Cashier was knowledgeable about gf requirements, always refreshing! There is a fun selection of different coffees, teas and plant based drinks. I’ve only had a couple different ones but they have all been tasty. I appreciate that they have a gf menu very clearly explains how to order your meal. That helps eliminate confusion imo. Overall, great experience.

Really tasty GF poké bowl. Separate GF menu with alternatives available. No dedicated kitchen and cannot guarantee no cross contamination. Staff were lovely and patient when my family and I ordered.

Amazing food and a VAST amount of choices! I got the Lox o Bagel and my daughter got the Lox Platter. It was a huge portion of food and we loved every bite. Would highly recommend!

TLDR: rude waitstaff who will get upset if you ask about the safety of the food.
I did not get sick, but was put off by the fact that my food looked extremely similar to my boyfriend’s gluten poke bowl. The food was fresh and delicious, I ordered exactly as it says on the gluten free menu. When I went to the staff to clarify one more time before eating, they were extremely rude to me and said “it will look the same because soy sauce and tamari look the same. I don’t know why you would expect it to look different” that’s awesome, but the sauce was not the only difference. I do not know what ocean salad looks like, but either my boyfriend’s was gluten free too or I got lucky I didn’t end up sick.
Be careful.

This is such an unfortunate review because the food was DELICIOUS and there were so many gf options but I absolutely got glutened. There’s a long separate gf menu with tons of options, and the person taking our order seemed confident it would be safe, although it does indicate it’s not a gf kitchen and shares equipment with wheat containing products. I got the tofu poke bowl and specified gf soy sauce - so I’m not sure if they messed up the sauce or it was a cross contamination issue. Either way, we will not be returning. I do think this place would be ok for someone with a milder gluten sensitivity or chooses to eat gf for other reasons - but do not recommend for those with celiac!

This restaurant is amazing! We ate there 5 times during our week. Great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Separate menu for gluten-free. Friendly staff. The eggs Benedict, coconut toast plate, and island fish plate were all wonderful. Fresh, creative, delicious!!!!

Went here twice on my trip (the island latte was the best coffee I had on the island!) and had the lilikoi Moana bowl (with added frozen Haupia cream) both times and it was to die for! They have GF granola but charge an extra $2 for it so I just ordered without granola and added my own that I brought on my trip to save some money. Didn’t order any of the other food so can’t say how knowledgeable they are about cross contamination.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sand which on gluten free toast. It was very yummy! There aren’t that many options on the list, but it’s better than most places. The items are listed gf, and they also have plenty of vegetarian options too. I believe they had a gluten free French toast like meal, which is uncommon! The food was definitely very yummy.

I went to check it out after all the reviews. For their poke the do have an option of quinoa, rice, or salad. I asked if the rice was gluten free; he checked with the chef and said that the rice was steamed and not considered a sushi rice. I went with the white rice. The portion was nice and large with fresh fish. Limited sauces for GF, I think just the one GF soyu that costs extra. It is super annoying that you have to pay more for GF options. It’s not my fault I have an auto immune disease.

The cashier was knowledgeable of the allergens in the food and I felt comfortable that there wasn’t cross contamination. I had the spicy shoyu poke with gluten free shoyu sauce and it was a large portion and very fresh and tasty. I did wait 15 minutes in like and then 15 minutes after ordering the food but I think it’s worth it!

While they offer gluten free bread as an alternative for sandwiches, the staff is completely in knowledgeable about gluten free. They could not answer questions about whether the ingredients in the sandwiches contain gluten or not. The staff was also uninterested in helping, and even rude. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I walked away with a coffee, orange juice and an açaí bowl I didn’t trust at all (my husband ate it). Terrible experience.

Enjoyed this delightful treat of shaved ice a couple of evenings on this trip.
Severely disappointed. Thought there would have been a lot more gluten free options especially for breakfast. Staff was rude and dismissive as well as ungodly slow service. It took over 20 minutes to simply get a smoothie. Only go here if you’re not hungry at the time. You will be by the time you get your food.
Delicious, authentic, and very reasonably priced Hawaiian food. Menu indicates what can be made GF, which is nearly everything. My celiac wife and I had the kalua pork sandwich on GF bread, and the Hawaiian chili ahi poke with GF soy sauce and they were both amazing. I subbed fruit for the side salad that comes with the sandwich, and had some of the best papaya I've ever tasted. I also tried a side of poi with the poke for only $1. It was interesting, well worth the price to try a native, traditional Hawaiian food. The 100% kona coffee is also wonderful. The staff were knowledgeable and ordering was easy. I had a lot of wonderful GF food during my 10 days in Hawaii, but this was probably the culinary highlight. Also, there is a nice, authentic shave ice stand right in front if you have room for dessert.
