Great for French fry lovers. No shared frier to worry about here! All the other stuff I’d be really careful. The staff doesn’t seem very knowledgeable. It’s more of a sports bar vibe so not the place I would go if I wanted a really good and really safe gluten free meal. However, the fries are a reliable choice, and this is where I go if I’m craving decent fries and a drink.

Island Wings has recently changed their wing supplier. The new wings have yeast extract made from barley therefore they are no longer GF. I ordered off the GF menu and the manager came out and explained it was a recent and permanent change. The fries were safe but bland.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was told 3 times by a hostess, server, and carry-out employee that my meal was gluten free. I was instantly sick. I waited on hold for 20 minutes with a manager who completely denied that I ate gluten, was willing to give me $6 out of $31 back as a refund. Finally fought for my money back completely and he said the bone-in wings are gluten free, but boneless wings are not (which I had). Never apologized once.

My husband & I ate here tonight (2/12/22) & I had an awful experience. I have celiac & I told our waitress who provided me with their Gluten-free menu, which surprisingly had a lot of options. I order chicken wings & fries & within 10 minutes of eating, I was horribly sick & suffered for several hours. I will never eat here again.

This was my favorite wing place in town before I learned I have celiac disease and it still is! Servers are very knowledgeable, the bone-in wings, fries, and some sauces are gluten free. As are a handful of other items, including sandwiches on gluten free bread. They'll make sure your food's prepared separately with clean equipment, and since their wings and fries are baked instead of fried there's minimal risk for cross contamination from frying oil.

They have a lot of GF options. Ordered wings and fries. Everything is baked so there are no shared fryers. Food was great and no reactions.

We had a great experience here. They gave a gluten free menu with lots of options. Everything is baked not fried. The french fries were incredible and so was the tuna dip. They have lots of great dipping sauces as well. Would definitely go again.

Cute place, food was good. I ordered traditional wings (buffalo kiwi sauce & sweet peppery Asian sauce), and reggae rice off of the gluten free menu. Reggae rice is very flavorful. I didn’t have any issues. Definitely give them a try if you’re looking for unique flavored wing sauces.

I ordered a Caesar salad and specified that it had to be gluten free. When it came there were croutons on it. They apologized and remade it. It took about 20 min to come back out. By then, my family had eaten most of their food. When it did arrive, it looked better. I ate half before I found a crouton buried in there. They did take it off the bill, but still. We’ll see if I get sick.

Depending upon server/cook they can take those measures to keep contamination to a low. Of course I ordered wings. They are great tasting. The first time I visited it was safe the second time I was 😫sick. Being gf celiac for over 15yrs you always have a chance of contamination. All of their wings are *baked
