There’s a gf menu and our server wrote down that I needed to have gf. I didn’t get sick and I also got gf fries. The person who brought the food out verified that it was gf without prompting when he sat it down. The food is kind of meh in my opinion but I did feel safe eating there. We also got chips with salsa and queso and the chips were store bought and the salsa as well. I don’t know if the chips would have been different if I hadn’t ordered gluten free, but just a heads up.

NOT SAFE! Ordered gluten free fries from the gluten free menu. Server brought out our two orders of fries and told me mine were the gluten free. A bit later, as I sat eating them, the waitress came to the table to tell me to stop eating- she’d forgotten to write down gluten free and they weren’t. They took them and brought out the real gf fries later- which were burnt. After that, when the second frozen margarita I’d ordered came, it was mounded up way above the rim of the glass, way more “frozen” than margarita, and had whole pieces of ice in it. The waitress commented about how it had a lot more ice than margarita. Apologies were made about it all, but no offer to get a fresh margarita. Message received- evidently you don’t want gluten/ dairy free customers. You’ve made that loud and clear. I paid my bill, left a very good tip, and will NEVER set foot in there again.

Dec 2021 update Still get wings and fries. Ask for gf, not all sauces are gf. Love the garlic Parmesan and medium sauces. Ask for gf fries - the last 2 times they didn’t have the gf fries. 😩

I have celiac and was on vacation in gulf shores with my husband and son. We are here tonight and with in two hours I vomited up my so called Gluten free supper... it was horrible. I missed out on the rest of the night with our son. I do not recommend this place if you have celiac.. they had a gluten free menu.. but it must had been for looks.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich gluten free with fries. The first sandwich that came out was on a regular bun, when approached with the issue the waitress said that was the gf bun. They were out of fries and when my new sandwich (on a gf bun) came out, there was absolutely no buffalo. decent for a grilled chicken sandwich. families food was mediocre at best.

Ordered a burger on a GF bun and it was switched with my son’s burger. I had to ask if my bun was gluten free because it didn’t look like it was. Manager and waitress were both unsure if it was the gluten free bun and had to “go check.” Of course it was not GF.

Went to this little gem on our last night. They were great to work with. They have a gf menu, nothing is fried, and they were very careful. Waitress took my allergies and my order and talked to the chef. I highly recommend the No Stir Stir Fry. Corn is one of my allergies and they came back to me saying the sauce has corn syrup and they were trying to come up with a substitute sauce. I asked about doing no sauce and that’s what they did. Fresh and delicious. The pineapple gave it a little sauce flavor. I will definitely look them up again.

We ate here twice on our trip and our server the first time was more knowledgeable but both were accommodating and got our questions answered. My celiac daughter got fries the first time since she brought in her own meal. She liked them. The second time she wanted chips and cheese and they aren’t technically on the gluten free menu but they made it work. I would probably go weekly if we lived close. They bake everything and the regular menu was huge and everything we tried was good.

Staff very knowledgeable. Made a mistake on my fries and caught it before it was even brought out to me and didn’t make me pay for them! They told me they have a gluten free flatbread too!

Great find at the beach. Island Wing Company bakes all of their wings. No fryers allowed! Not all sauces are gluten free but they have a good selection. Fries are gluten free if they don't add seasoning. They also have gluten free beers.

Great restaurant! They do not have fryers (they bake everything), so no worry about fryer cross contamination. They have a separate, detailed Gluten Sensitive Menu. Lots of options! You can even have wings because they are baked, and no breading. And the fries are great! I had lemon pepper wings, they were crispy and delicious.

They have a whole gluten free menu! They include gluten free fries 😊you just have to ask for the menu. There’s salads, apps, sandwiches can be made gluten free, burgers! So so good!
