This location has a printed gluten free menu with very limited choices. They have an online allergen menu which lists items containing wheat. There seem to be some discrepancies if you're trying to be logical about which items contain gluten.

I’m a sensitive celiac and I felt like I was starting to react to the seasoning on the fries so I requested a batch without it and those were fine. Hopefully I didn’t consume too much but as of now I feel fine. — Brought my own GF ketchup since I’m so sensitive
Jacob is AMAZING!! Super friendly and helpful. Made sure my celiac dining experience was safe and that’s HUGE!! Maria the manager came over and was very informative of their extra safety measures as well.

Islands has always had a very small gluten-free menu. But, in recent months, they have maintained an online nutrition guide and allergen guide. Using those, I can figure out what really is gluten-free, above and beyond what the menus and servers suggest. I have used those as guidelines, and have not gotten sick.

They always ask if you have an allergy or a sensitivity, and I’ve never gotten sick from eating here. The gluten free buns are actually really tasty and soft! Huge plus! You can also get the tacos on corn tortillas or a beach bowl- but ask for no sauce because the sauce has gluten in it.
