Review of Islands Restaurant

The staff was very knowledgeable of our needs for my daughter with celiac. The waitress double checked that gloves would be changed, there was a separate dedicated fryer, and made sure to talk to the chefs and the manager. The manager brought out her food and said that he watched the preparation of all of it to assure there was no cross contamination. They took it all very seriously and I was quite impressed. We will definitely be returning.
