Review of Islands Restaurant

I have celiac and have eaten here numerous times. The staff has told me they use a dedicated frier for their gluten free items and they pre everything seperately, however they don’t have a dedicated clean space, so there is a risk of cross contamination. But, every time I’ve told them about my issue they say they will make sure to take extra care, and I have not had any issues. I recommend them, quite a few options.
