I am 31 years celiac diagnosed. Italia is well aware of cross contamination. I have had their cheese pizza a number of times. Very good GF crust!

The chef was very nice and said that they are not celiac friendly and was concerned about me even being in the restaurant. Very sad but I appreciated how nice the chef was.

They always cross contaminate and if you ask about cross contamination they become very rude. If you have to eat gluten free due to celiac this is not the place

Used to be my go-to place for local pizza until the cook grabbed wheat flour with his hands and covered the entire work surface with it prior to placing the GF crust ONTO THE FLOUR to prep it for toppings. When I spoke up, he yelled at me that I shouldn't eat there if I have a real allergy so I got a refund and went home.

Gluten free pizza crust has really improved recently! They also let you bring in your own vegan cheese to make your pizza vegan if needed. Super friendly service as well!
