Visited here last night, 12/27/2019, and were told that they have no gluten-free dishes or options whatsoever.
If you order Nigiri and let the main sushi chef know you need it gluten free, he comprehends it. There is still a risk of cross contamination but they keep the prep area quite clean. I risked it and am not having any symptoms. The tuna is amazing! Dine at your own risk.
