I’ve previously eaten here before and enjoyed it, but I just ate here two nights ago and was glutened. I discussed my gluten allergy with the waiter before ordering and he reassured me that they are very familiar with celiac and know how to handle it. I reminded him again when I ordered the cheese tray to include GF bread. Normally I confirm when food is brought out that it’s indeed GF but I was misled by his confidence and thought that was unnecessary. About 5–10 minutes after the food was brought out, he ran back out and said “this was the wrong bread” and took the plate, bringing back a new one with GF bread (looks very similar) a few minutes later. He explained that a staff member was new and had messed up, but of course it was too late, I’d already eaten some of the bread. What a nightmare! It was my birthday - ruined the whole night. He comp’d our drinks but that wasn’t enough. I asked for the bill and we left - I wasn’t going to risk any other dishes after that. Shame because there are a lot of yummy options. I won’t be back.
Fantastic for tapas and cocktails and a grownup meal out with a celiac! My Middle Eastern celiac wife loved the dolma, the Zalook, and the GF bread was fantastic. The squid was cooked perfectly.
It was packed at 6:30 on a Saturday so we must not all be GF folks….

Amazing food and very knowledgeable staff on ingredients and contamination.
