I have eaten here 3 times. The only issue I had was I forgot to ask if the fries were gf and they're not, they're battered.
That said, I have never had an issue with the rice, beans , enchiladas, or tortilla chips

Not celiac friendly, even nachos made my son ill.
No
Very good food, wonderful fresh corn tortillas, but you have to be careful and ask about some of the cream sauces.
No
About half of the items on the menu are clearly marked as gluten free. Outstanding customer service helping me navigate the menu, ensure everything was prepared GF, and that drinks were also GF (margaritas are not). The chips and salsa served when you sit down are not gluten free as they share a fryer with non GF items.

I haven’t been able to eat chips at a Mexican restaurant in years. They have a separate fryer.
Much of the menu is naturally gluten free.
I had shrimp fajitas one day and the shrimp and vegetable soup another, and they both were excellent.

Only the waitress understood what Celiac and Gluten allergy was but she explained that they used corn tortillas and most items on the menu could be gluten free. The menu itself had GF on almost every item. I had the steak tacos which came with with a soft corn tortilla. I also had the beans and rice and had no issues.
