We order sushi gluten free here all the time and only once had an issue where they put unlabeled little containers of soy sauce in with the sushi which we could not tell if it was GF or not. Usually they give the prepackaged gluten free soy sauce when we say we have an allergy. We always remind them for GF soy sauce, no crunchies, but usually they are knowledgeable and have it under control. We have also ordered fried rice gluten free very easily.
Great experience! We went for hibachi and once I said gluten free they told me that they cook it separately in the kitchen and will not cook at the table to risk cross contamination. They also let me know the dressing on the salad is not gluten free and switched out the soup to a miso soup instead. They were great about it and the food was delicious!!
