Review of J. Alexander's

No gluten free menu, staff is not properly trained as to what gluten is. Waitress was extremely nice but had to go back to kitchen several times to ask if gluten was in items I was inquiring about. Was advised to "stick with salads" as "it would be too difficult to make anything else without gluten." Sounds like kitchen staff doesn't know what is gluten or not. There are a few items on menu gluten free - grilled salmon and smashed potatoes and burgers (without bun).
