Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill

I was a bit nervous to try this restaurant as there were not many positive reviews regarding gluten free entrees . However I found the hostess and staff were very knowledgeable about explaining what meals could be made gluten free and which were inherently gf. I had an excellent salad and modified mushroom, vegetable, and chicken bowl. It was excellent. I would highly recommended this restaurant.

I am vegan and gluten-free. There was NO main meal that I could eat. I was prepared to get by with an appetizer but my friends wouldn’t have it and so we left.

The good, the food I ate was DELICIOUS. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time and the waitress and kitchen were very up front and knowledgeable about what food I could/could not have. However, the bad was there were VERY few options for me to choose from. It all ended up ok. I just wish I had a couple more choices or maybe they could be more flexible about sides or something.
