I have both an dairy allergy and celiac disease. The employees grab new cutting boards, knifes, change gloves and a brand new brisket, pork, or whatever you ordered just to make sure you’re safe. All of the meats and sauces are gluten-free, they have placard’s and on their menu it says what sides are gluten-free.
I tried the brisket, cole slaw and cucumber salad and Texas sweet hot sauce, and I must say they are all great options. So highly recommended coming if you’re in Nashville
