Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

They were very knowledgeable about gluten free and celiacs. As soon as I told them they changed their gloves, got a new knife and a new cutting board. When you first go in you wouldn’t suspect it would be safe for a celiac but they know what they are doing. The food is great too!
