I took initiative and called ahead since I saw the other reviews and wanted to get a better idea. I spoke with the manager and she told me they do the best they can by preparing food separately and keeping everyone aware. I made a reservation, and the manager made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the night. Although there weren’t too many GF options, I did have the house salad with their vinaigrette and GF Mac and cheese and did not get sick. I would go back again, as my server and the manager were thoughtful.
