This chain advertises gluten free sandwiches, but after my wife ordered (and paid for) a sandwich on a gluten free roll, and explained that she had celiac disease, so it needed to to be prepared in a clean environment, the sandwich maker said under her breathe that she wouldn't make the sandwich, My salad came, and I finally went ahead and ate it, but my wife's sandwich was never made, They ultimately refunded her money rather than clean a knife and a section of the table and change gloves. We're not going back! Other locations are fine.

Salads are awesome but if you are extremely hungry, don't expect much bang for your bucks here. For protein, only their chicken and turkey are quoted to be gluten free but not their award winning tri tip. And you only get a mere 3 oz of meat if you are lucky and sides are additional.

They don’t technically have a gf menu, but if you say you’re celiac as you order, they’re prepare your salad or sandwich, on gluten-free bread, in the back for you! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries, too!!

Asked about whether it was a preference or alergy. Measures taken to prevent cross contact. Ordered the Hulumi Sandwich. Fast service.

I have celiac and have eaten here multiple times with no problems. I use a tester to test for gluten content. Tonight for the first time ever all three dishes tested positive for gluten (at least 20 ppm). We ordered the lemon thyme chicken breast (made in the microwave instead of the grill), garlic fries (was told they'd be made in the dedicated fryer) and the classic steak sandwhich on a gluten free bun).
I order the chicken and garlic fries every time I go.
I'm not writing this place off because it has tested gluten free dozens of other times I've been there. The place was jam packed busy and I did take out. There were other take out orders waiting as well. I believe it's highly likely the message about celiac and no gluten may not have made it to the person preparing the food or their usual safe practices weren't followed.
Or perhaps for the fries at least, I was given someone else's order (i noticed most people were ordering garlic fries).
My advice is to go during slower times and watch to be sure safe practices are flowed.
