Separate gluten free menu. I had amzing food. Prime rib is even on the gluten free menu and i had no reaction. Our server was aware of gluten allergy and made sure no croutons were put on the salad. Will go back, i want to try their burger , they have gluten free buns.

I do not recall exactly what I ordered, but I was informed it was gluten free, and within 5 minutes of leaving the restaurant, I became extremely sick. Not sure I would go here again personally.

I had to send my salad back several times for problems. I ordered my salad off of the gluten free menu and requested also no cheese. My salad came with croutons and cheese. When I said something, the server said “Oh did you request no croutons?” It cane back again with cheese the second time but luckily no croutons. They took it back again after sweeping the salad for cheese. The server wasn’t very knowledgeable about gluten free along with the kitchen not getting the order right.
The salad I ordered was very delicious once they got my order correct. It was a huge salad. Not worth the hassle though after the mess ups and not knowing if I would be sick after.

Yes
Service was amazing! Separate gluten free menu! Door was great! I will be back again.
Jakers has an extensive gluten free menu also a vegetarian menu. My waiter was great in serving my needs. Had a delicious strawberry chicken salad! Will go back for sure!
They have a pretty extensive GF menu, seemed to be pretty careful, and the waitress even checked if the Honey Mustard dressing was GF. Got the lettuce wrap burger with an extra patty. Andie is a real character and a fun waitress. No ill effects 6 hours later.

I’m posting this review three days later and I still haven’t gotten sick. Yay! I got the salmon, rice, with broccoli. It was delicious. They have an entire gluten free menu.

We chose Jakers based on reviews and their online menu, which included GF options. We wanted to use the delivery service, but according the the Jakers employee, that service did not have access to the full menu, so they wouldn’t be able to accommodate a GF order. We decided it was worth calling in an order to Jakers directly and picking up the food ourselves. I called back and was transferred to a “take out specialist”. Since mine was the GF order, I saved it for last. I specifically asked for the GF chicken sandwich. A side salad is listed as a GF option, so I asked the specialist to confirm that, and she “didn’t really know.” I asked her to make sure it didn’t have croutons and thought that would be fine. We picked up our order, which took 20 minutes longer than the 30 they told us. My son got our food and brought it to the hotel. My salad had croutons. My husband took a bite of the bun on my sandwich and thought it was okay. Overall, the food was good but it was a lot of hassle and money to have half the order inedible and to not have confidence in the rest of it. It seems relatively easy to make sure a salad doesn’t have croutons. If that can’t be done then can more complex recipes? I don’t get symptoms so I can’t speak to whether the chicken had gluten.
